About Me

Hi! I'm Laura, I'm a Melbourne/Geelong based creative. I'm just starting my filmmaking journey but have a specific passion for lighting, cinematography and music videos. That being said, I am eager to help create films and other projects in any way possible! I am increasingly captivated by how emotion and feelings can be weaved into films/projects. Through my work, I enjoy exploring the ways emotions can be captured, created and shared, whether that is through conventional, narrative based storytelling, or through more abstract means. I want to create work that evokes feelings in my audience, even the strange, quirky ones. I have studied film for over 3 years, completing both an Associate Degree in Screen and Media Production, and a Bachelor of Communication (Media), majoring in Cinema Studies. I have worked on various projects involving short films, music videos, documentaries, and have assisted filmed multiple corporate events.
